Night Walk in The Fog

Went for a walk tonight in the fog with The Cowboy. He has an apprentice (greatest thing ever!) who was over so she sat with the kids while we were out. It was lovely and cold and somehow even peaceful in a loud city kind of way. School starts again soon and The Cowboy will be gone a lot. We love the luxury of his long breaks, even though they are filled with his other work painting and such..we still get to spend a huge amount of time together and it's wonderful.

out for a drive

I love this row of houses, wish they were in our budget, but they are so far out even a fairy godmother would be unable to make this dream come true. I can't imagine how charming it would feel to live inside one. Sometimes I feel like Andie in pretty in pink. 

We went for a drive yesterday, the air was cold and the clouds were low. The MP immediately fell asleep but The UB and stayed up just looking around for a couple of hours.
