Potty Training Day 5

Pee&Poo products 

It's been going pretty well, we have a few accidents a day. 

Have been out of the house a few times for several hours with no issue.

Just moving forward with hope, chanting no more diapers

The UB is a pretty big fan of this toothbrush. We have it in a bunch of colors, I think the light blinks until the child is suppose to be finished brushing their teeth...we don't have timing issues here, The UB loves to brush and always takes his sweet time (sometimes up to 10 minutes, he is serious about his oral hygiene)

Phil and Ted's stroller

We are so excited to have this new (well ours is used but new to us!) stroller, It's so great to have one fit two so perfectly.

update

The UB loves his new pants...the first time he had them on he kept running around and screaming with delight and I would yell out "New Pants!" and he would fall into a fit of giggles. So they have been fun and seem to work well.

we just got our first order of g diapers today, I'm very curious and excited to see if and how they work for us...I will let you know what we think

Toby

Mimi brought The UB a new friend named Toby. We love him, and we miss Mimi.

mostly monkey

The UB just got this surprise birthday gift from Kevin...he gave us the full set, fork, spoon, giant bowl and little covered bowl, plus the two shown. I can't stop laughing about the sippy cup it's so cute and funny. The UB drinks out of it better then any of his other cups. Mostly Monkey is a huge hit around our house.

Teething

The UB is getting two tiny teeth so he isn't feeling 100% these days. This is Sophie his new soothing friend. He just met her yesterday thanks to Michelle. She has been a nice comfort for the past two days.

I've recently been asked a few questions about my life as a mom...products and programs and such...so here we go:

I love baby legs

they keep baby warm make for easy diaper changes and will be perfect knee protectors once The UB starts crawling.

I use Dr. Brown's bottles & breast pads found here. I really like them. Also I love lilypads (perfect for going out) found here.

I'm very fond of Seventh Generation Diapers. I order them from 1800diapers

They work really well and I love that they are a creamy tan color and are cartoon free.

I love Motherwear sleep bras...found here super comfortable

My nursing shawl can be ordered from lovedbaby very lightweight works really well.


Tip: freezing pantiliners soaked in witch hazel is a very good idea for the first few days or weeks after labor.

After pregnancy medical girdle found here this was and is a favorite essential item.

I like following The Baby Whisperer's E.A.S.Y program (eat, activity, sleep, your time) The UB is sleeping really well.

I highly recommend Real Boys by Dr. William Pollack. I feel it's a must read for women with sons.

is your baby dressed like a bear?

I am convinced if we buy this (or someone buys it for us:) and if I put it on the wee plum the cowboy will be unwilling to put him down… he will cuddle him for hours on end. We passed by the good old Baby Gap a few weeks ago and looked at it in person... unbelievably soft…so I’m wanting it even if it is a little weird with it’s paws and ears.
