for those who asked...if you don't wonder and don't like pregnancy talk you will want to skip this post.
This pregnancy has been surprisingly different from The UB's...here is the comparison:
1st Preg
really sick not interested in food
no cravings
no boob change (until The UB was born)
serious back pain from week 1 to 40
woke up at least once a night to pee
had to eat the instant I woke up in the morning (plain bread or rice)
felt no movement until 20 weeks
not emotional
flat greasy hair
no acne
slightly tired
no difference in dreams
2nd Preg
not so sick, very hungry
strong wild cravings
much larger boobs
no back pain!!
never wake up at night (unless The UB is crying...but The Cowboy generally handles that)
not frantic for breakfast
started to feel movement by week 14
more emotional
dry thicker hair
acne breakouts
extra tired
vivid wild dreams
Very different pregnancies, hoping for very different labors. This time I'm with a midwife and I switched hospitals. It's been fun to see and feel the differences...it's also been great that so far this pregnancy has been easier in a lot of ways then the last one. There are a few similarities like my weight gain has been nearly identical and my body image stays the same (I always seem to think I'm thinner then I am) I am still in my regular clothes but they are getting a bit tight. I'm half way through week 17 and feeling super excited to have this baby in October. I've started talking to The UB occasionally about having a tiny baby in the house he sometimes smiles and seems to like the idea but mostly he shakes his head and says "uh-uh" meaning no thank you...though he did once express the desire to name the baby "Dad."

I had no idea you were pregnant! Congratulations!
I'm so excited for you! Love all the recent posts by the way!
I can't remember reading anything about you being pregnant either! Congrats to you and the boys, as well.
October is a lovely month to be born, if you don't mind my saying so...
The new haircut is really cute, too.
Thanks!
I've always wanted an October baby.
HMMMMM, maybe this means it's a girl this time, or...maybe not. Congrats again! I once craved OHS!, a cereal. I had Michael and two sister inlaws searching stores. They had to go to 4different ones before they found them. Yummy!
Pepper, how exciting! I'm not prego again (thank goodness) but I hope mine is like your second experience. My first was much like yours. You look great btw and your little UB is so cute!
All your recent posts have been so fun to read. I haven't been online for weeks and feel like I've missed a lotl. Your pictures always make me smile. Your a great Mom and will love your October baby no matter what happens! I am happy for you that this pregnancy has been easier.
